If MyRadar for Windows has trouble opening, or freezes when launched, the following general steps can often help reset the app's behavior back to normal.


1. Search for MyRadar in the Start Menu
2. In the list of options, click on "App settings"
3. The Settings app should open to MyRadar's options. From there, click on 'Reset'

4. Once the Reset is finished, try opening MyRadar
5. If there are still any problems with launching, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
