Doppler radar stations take between 5-10 minutes to complete a 360-degree scan of the surrounding area. When the scan is complete, the stations then send us the radar data, which we then show in MyRadar. Thus the radar will 5-10 minutes behind real time, because we're waiting for a new set of data from the radar stations to display in the app. If there's a delay of longer than 10 minutes, you may be in a place with weak cellular or internet connectivity.

If you run into this issue while connected to a stable internet connection, try closing other apps that are running in the background to see if that will help MyRadar catch up. If the problem persists, send us an e-mail explaining the issue at support@myradar.com and we can take a closer look!
