When an update (any update) occurs, all rates and ratings are completely reset in the App Store. They no longer keep a running tab or even a history of ratings any more. We usually ask on second launch of MyRadar and two weeks afterwards. While we are grateful for the rates and ratings you may have given to us in the past, we would be ever more appreciative of your continued support in the form of a quick rating in the App Store! 

However, if you have OS 11+ you can turn off the option for developer survey requests. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Then tap the toggle switch for In-App Ratings and Reviews and you wont be bothered by another in-app request again!
