In our efforts to develop a solution for quickly fulfilling rewards for MyRadar investors, we've created the Investor Portal. This was to give our investors a turnkey way to get their Premium Features and activate them in MyRadar, regardless of the device (in addition to ordering physical merch). One of the positive outcomes of this is that it enabled us to realize cross-platform transferrability for all our users! We've found that many investors used a private relay address from Apple. While private relay email addresses offer improved privacy and security, there are known issues when it comes to using them to login to websites that expect traditional email addresses. As such, investors using Apple private relay email addresses have reported not receiving investing updates and account verification information when signing into the Investor Portal.  


If you used an Apple private relay address to create your StartEngine account, then you're likely not receiving important emails from them or us. If your investment has closed, but you haven't yet created your account in the Investor Portal, please contact our support team with a traditional, fully verifiable email so we may update our records. This will allow you to sign into the Investor Portal, and redeem the rewards that match your tier (we also advise that you update your email in StartEngine to match).
